Pricing questions
A seat is one Salesforce/HubSpot user whose opportunity data QuotaVyn scores. Sales reps are seats. Managers and RevOps who view dashboards but don't own deals are not counted as seats.
The scoring model needs a minimum of 100 closed-won deals to build a statistically meaningful cohort. Most active sales teams reach this within 6-12 months of CRM history. We'll assess during the demo whether your dataset is ready.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no termination fees on monthly plans.
We don't offer a self-serve free trial because the scoring model requires your actual CRM and activity data to be meaningful. Instead, we offer a 30-minute demo where we score your live pipeline — so you see real value before committing.
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at the 20% discounted rate. If you add seats mid-year, those are prorated for the remainder of the annual term.
QuotaVyn reads CRM opportunity fields, contact data, and activity metadata (email timestamps and thread counts — not content). Call data from Gong is summary-level (call counts, duration, talk ratio) — we do not store call recordings or transcripts. See our Security page for full data handling details.
No. QuotaVyn reads from your CRM — it does not replace it. Salesforce and HubSpot remain your system of record for opportunities, contacts, and pipeline stages. QuotaVyn writes one field back: the deal health score. Your reps don't change their workflow; they see their score in the CRM they already use.
We're bootstrapped — no outside investors means no external pressure to raise prices on a funding anniversary. We give 60 days written notice before any price change. Your rate on signup is your rate until you hear otherwise.
