Number of calls per week by stage. Are reps calling as often as top closers did at the same stage?
Email cadence
Touch frequency and response latency. Are prospects engaging, ghosting, or responding faster than cohort average?
Meeting attendance
Are stakeholders showing up? Multi-threading score: how many prospect-side contacts are engaged in this deal?
Response latency
How quickly are prospects responding? A deal going dark matches a known risk pattern in your closed-lost cohort.
Multi-threading depth
Deals won by your best reps had 3-4 champions. QuotaVyn flags single-threaded deals as structurally at-risk.
Stage velocity
How long has a deal been in this stage vs. cohort median? Deals exceeding 1.5x median duration get an automatic risk flag.
